How Did I Get Here? My Amazing Genealogy Journey

You know what I recently realized? There's a whole bunch of pictures from this year on my phone that I haven't shared yet. I mean there's our family trip to Vegas from August that I completely forgot to post. So here's a little Vegas in December. Looking at these pictures now helps warm me up a bit from the 30 degree temperature outside my window. 

I am so bad at keeping up with the pictures I take. I still have so many to share from the fun summer the family and I had. These were taken at Red Rock Canyon which is just 15 miles west of Las Vegas. 

When I looked up, this is what I saw. In front of me, I would gaze at these happy yellow flowers. Yes, those are my feet, taking a break on a lounge chair. There's me... ...and my surfer girl just chillin'.
