Are there addresses and locations from your childhood you can recall?
The first address that I can recall is so hard-wired into my memory that it's absolutely ridiculous. When I was in kindergarten, I had to memorize the address that we lived at and our telephone number. Had to know it, no ifs ands or buts. Mrs. Carroll, my teacher, was a smart lady and wanted us know to know basic information in the event that we ever became lost. I came up with a little song in my mind and I would recite my address and telephone number to it.

Can you remember your next door neighbors?
I remember that my father was friends with the neighbor who lived in the house to right of ours. I think it was a family of four. Eddie Sr. was the father. I don't remember what the mother's name was. They had two kids, a boy and a girl. The son was also named Eddie and he was the older of the two. I can't think of what the little girl's name was. I remember that their backyard didn't have much grass but I was so jealous of the fact that they had a swing set in theirs. I wished and wished we could have one in our backyard, but it wasn't to be.

What car they drove (if any)?
They had a Volkswagen Rabbit. I thought that was cool because during the late 1970's there were so many commercials out promoting how good a car the Rabbit was. It's funny as I'm writing this post I am laughing at myself because I realize how much I have forgotten about my time in Cambria Heights. I can't even remember what color the car was that they had. I want to say it was white or yellow but I really am not sure.
Okay on to prompt 64!
